Michelin Guide Recommended 2026 
The team at Haar are incredibly proud to announce that we have been recommended again in the MICHELIN Guide 2026. This endorsement is a testament to the entire team’s consistent excellence in both kitchen and service. 

Bucks Bar Collaboration
We partnered with Bucks Bar for a collaboration that blended Haar’s signature seabuckthorn flavour with Bucks Bar’s incredible hot wings! A unique experience of umami flavour with a fiery kick, lime leaf, spring onion, and red chilli.


Welcoming Our New Sommelier
We were delighted to welcome Claire as our new sommelier. Her expertise and instinct for pairing have already elevated the wine journey, adding depth and storytelling to our tasting experience.

New Cheese Course
This month also saw the launch of our new cheese course, featuring artisanal cheeses hand selected by our Head Chef Tasso. When ordered the chessboard is plated table side meaning it has quickly become a guest favourite.
