A Very Busy Month
August has been one of our busiest months yet, with a buzzing atmosphere in both the restaurant and the rooms. We are delighted to see so many familiar faces returning, alongside first-time guests discovering Haar for the first time.

New Team 

We are pleased to share that the Haar team is expanding with the appointment of our new Sous Chef, Joshua McKenna. Bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for refined Scottish cuisine, Josh will play an integral role in shaping our menus and elevating the guest experience. His creativity and dedication align perfectly with Haar’s ethos of excellence, and we look forward to the influence he will bring to our kitchen.

À La Carte Menu Success
Our à la carte menu continues to perform exceptionally well, with diners praising the creativity, freshness, and provenance of each dish. It’s quickly becoming a favourite choice for both locals and visitors.

Rooms in High Demand
Our five-star-rated rooms have seen outstanding popularity this month. Occupancy and revenue rates have risen significantly, reflecting the growing reputation of Haar as a complete dining and luxury stay experience.

Looking Ahead: New Autumnal Menu
Behind the scenes, our chefs are already crafting a brand-new autumn menu. Guests can look forward to seasonal flavours, innovative dishes, and Haar’s signature flair as we transition into the cooler months.
