You will be served some incredible snacks, all hand-prepared in front of you by the team. Theatre and storytelling play a key part in this experience with tales of all things Haar being told.

So, sit back with your favourite cocktail or a glass of Champagne, and allow the team to take you on a journey.

 

The tasting menu

The Haar experience is built around our much-loved tasting menus. Expect to enjoy some of the finest ingredients available locally.

Arbroath smokies, Loch Etive trout, North Sea cod and roe deer are just some of the incredible delights you will get to taste when visiting us.

Each course is introduced by our talented team, and they will be on hand to answer any questions you have.

We would always recommend adding on Dean’s signature dish of oak-smoked St. Andrews Bay lobster with a mirin butter sauce. This has been on our menu since day one, you’ll see why after your first bite.
